Mercure London Kensington Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this venue. The location is fantastic, as it is just a short walk away from the tube station, making it easy to explore the area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a grocery store within walking distance, which was very convenient. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable, including changing my room to a larger and more comfortable one. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the room had all the amenities I needed, including free Wi-Fi.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with a train station only a few minutes walk away. It is very close to the center and is convenient for exploring the city. In addition, there are several restaurants and bars nearby, making it easy to find dining options. The staff at the hotel are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Guests also have access to amenities such as a kettle, iron, and fast internet.

The walls of the rooms are paper-thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Kensington for a romantic escape and had a great experience. the room we were assigned was spacious and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable and pleasant stay. the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions and museums, great to easily explore the city. Lastly, we thoroughly enjoyed the room service food, delicious and satisfying. these aspects contributed to making our stay enjoyable.

There were a few aspects that we were not completely satisfied with. the night reception staff did not provide the warmest welcome upon our arrival.

Comfortable bed and air conditioning. The staff was friendly and helpful when we had a problem with the air conditioning in our room. They promptly took us to a different room and charged the one night stay. The manager, Lisa, was particularly kind to my niece and engaged with her. The breakfast was also good with plenty of choices.

The staff was nice, helpful, and fixed issues promptly. Comfortable bed, good breakfast with dairy-free options. Great location. Complementary drinks in room. Impressed with service.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as everything we needed was within walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the bathroom was spotless. We were impressed with the complimentary products and snacks provided in the room. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I had a small and cold room initially, but the receptionist was helpful and immediately changed me to a larger and more comfortable room. She even assisted me in moving my luggage and provided an extra room card. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and energetic. The location was fantastic, very close to public transport with a train station just a few minutes walk away.

The hotel is located in a nice Kensington area, just a short walk from two tube stations, Earl's Court and the district or Picadilly lines. The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. the hotel is conveniently situated close to a variety of restaurants and shops.

The bathroom facilities were lacking, with issues such as a shower that wouldn't stay in position and stains on towels.

Clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff, perfect location , would stay again, excellent staff.
